• Virtual you ask?   That's correct, your vehicle and title remain in your possession and control until your vehicle is SOLD and we have confirmed receipt of the full sale proceeds and appropriate Bill of Sale completed. Only then will we release the title and inform transport that your vehicle is ready for pick up.
   
• You remain in control of the selling price by setting an acceptable minimum reserve price at the beginning of the consignment process and providing Zoom with your final acceptance of the highest offer. Zoom will work with you to provide the latest marketplace sales data to help you assess your car’s value.
   
• Zoom will gather all the vehicle details, facts and pictures that will accurately represent your vehicle to the market.  If desired, Zoom can arrange for a 3^rd party independent inspection and evaluation of your vehicle to help determine its current market value.
   
• Zoom will write a full description of your vehicle that will include all details and attributes of the vehicle including disclosing any flaws or anything requiring attention. At Zoom, we are all about Full Disclosure so that buyers know exactly what they are buying.  We will also include at least 50 pictures in our ads while also keeping an unlimited number of photos and video on file and upon request to satisfy buyer requests for more information.

• Zoom will strategically market your vehicle outside normal mass market advertising methods, contacting our private network of buyers and cultivating new prospects through our proprietary marketing channels.
   
• Zoom acts as your exclusive representative, handling all inquiries from other buyers and buyer's agents, conducting price negotiations and completing the transaction with the buyer on your behalf. Zoom can also arrange ZOOM Video calls to provide a live walk-around and discussion with the owner if they agree.

• Zoom holds the earnest money deposit, giving the Buyer time to inspect the vehicle and confirm condition
   
• Once the Buyer decides to commit to purchase and makes payment full, Zoom will assist the Seller with title transfer, Bill of Sale and notification to the Buyer that their new purchase is ready for pickup and releases the vehicle for transport. We shepherd the sale through delivery to the Buyer, ensuring both Buyer and Seller satisfaction.
