In the same family since 1962, this solid daily driver features a thought to be #'s matching rebuilt 292CI 193HP Engine coupled with a 3 Speed transmission with Overdrive! 6 Volt car. Originally a Turquoise car, the car has been repainted a couple of times over the years, has had some body repairs and re-painted red about 20 years ago. Paint is in overall decent condition with imperfections shown. Interior was reupholstered with black vinyl and features full instrumentation including tachometer, clock and 3 aftermarket gauges mounted under dash. Power seat currently not working. Black Soft top in good condition. Wire wheels. The car has had lots of recent mechanical work that includes: Front suspension completely rebuilt, new rear leaf springs, new brake master cylinder, new brake pads and all new drums, Holley carburetor rebuilt, generator rebuilt, new transmission, clutch and pressure plate, new radiator, new motor stabilizers, new door latches and window regulators, new wiper motor & new tires. Car is very mechanically sound and runs and drives well. A great driver car that can be driven as is or taken to the next level. Panels seem to lineup nicely and all the chrome and trim is intact and in very good condition. Trunk compartment is clean with original jack. Includes spare tire mounted on 5th wire wheel. Undercarriage is clean as well with no evidence of rust. Car comes with many parts in order to start a more thorough restoration process if desired including 2 transmission governors, overdrive relay, new overdrive solenoid, 2 working AM tube radios, full replacement metal dash, dash cover, speedometer pod, mechanical tach ,manuals, wiring diagram and interior chrome trim as shown. No Side skirts or hardtop. The car was in storage for a period of 20 years when towed from storage by the rear cross member, it did bend it a bit as shown. Trunk needs to be re-keyed and currently has a pull ring to open as shown. Car comes with car cover and transferable Year of Manufacture plate for Massachusetts buyers. Clean title in owner's name and stored in MA.
