Vehicle Description

Zoom Classic Cars presents this 1995 Toyota Cresta JZX90, a Japanese Domestic Market import with right-hand drive. The car is powered by the factory 1JZ-GTE 2.5L twin-turbo inline-six paired with a brand new R154 5-speed manual transmission installed in 2023, with approximately 2,000 miles driven since. The odometer shows ~30,000 original miles (50k km). Finished in Toyota’s Deep Jewel Green Pearl (paint code 6P3), the car received a professional respray followed by a Ceramic Pro Gold Package and annual top coats. The paint presents to a show standard and remains swirl-free and defect-free. The body retains its original styling with the stock spoiler currently installed, and a large racing wing previously fitted will be included in the sale. Performance modifications include a TF Works dual air intake system and a custom 3-inch stainless steel exhaust. The engine bay has been fully detailed with multiple powder-coated components including the valve covers, and an upgraded cooling plate has been installed. Suspension is handled by coilovers, and the car rides on authentic AME Shaolin CXS Japanese wheels that have been triple powder-coated with Prismatic Powders and are mounted with fresh Continental low-profile tires. The exterior lighting system has been upgraded with a full XK Glow setup including underglow, wheel glow, and demon eye headlights, with the wheel lights integrated into the turn signals to flash amber in sync when signaling. The corner lights have been replaced with precision 3D-printed facsimiles that replicate the OEM fit and function. The interior remains completely original and well preserved, featuring factory bucket seats, working A/C, power steering, and power brakes. The heater is currently inoperative. The trunk is clean and carpeted, retaining the factory spare tire and jack. The undercarriage is very clean, and the car has been garage-kept, stored every winter, and never driven in inclement weather. Documentation includes receipts from a right-hand-drive and drift specialty shop as well as the original 1995 dealer brochure. This Cresta has primarily been used as a show car and has earned multiple import awards. It runs, drives, and handles as it should, is very quick, and has an excellent exhaust note.
