Vehicle Description
Zoom Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful 1969 Cadillac Fleetwood with a mere 59,000 original miles. The 1969 Cadillac Fleetwood is a quintessential luxury sedan that embodies the elegance and grandeur of the American automobile industry. This full-size car exudes an aura of sophistication and refinement, with an emphasis on spaciousness, comfort, and style. The vehicle was originally purchased in West Virginia, and eventually sold to the current owner in Ohio. The current owner has moved to Georgia where the vehicle is currently located. The vehicle is powered by the original 472 cubic inch V-8 with a 4-barrel carburetor. The power is transferred to the rear wheels via the GM Turbo-Hydramatic transmission. This is one of 2545 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special Sedans produced in 1969. The vehicle has been repainted three times in a non-original gold finish. There are some nicks in the paint along some of the doors, and the hood. The speedometer/odometer quit working about two years ago. The interior is tan leather seats, tan carpets, and tan/wood grain dash. The driver’s door interior has cracks in the armrest/handle. There are cracks in the front seat on both the driver’s and passenger’s side. The back seat is in great shape. The vehicle has the original AM radio, but an AM/FM CD player has been installed along with 6X9 speakers on the rear deck. Air conditioning and power steering also come as standard features, enhancing the car's overall convenience and ease of use. Starts right up after pumping the gas, typical of a 50+ year old vehicle. In 2014 the vehicle was aligned, had new front sway bars, ball joints and strut rod bushings installed, as well as upper arm components. In 2017 the starter was rebuilt, new rear wheel cylinders, new master cylinder boot, front brake hoses, and the steering box was re-sealed. Lots of work has been done in the last two years including a new radiator, hoses and fittings were installed. Also, in 2021 all four shocks were replaced, the transaxle pan gasket was replaced, along with the transmission fluid. In 2021 the power steering pump was replaced, along with a new headlight, an alignment, and the plugs, cap and rotor were replaced. There is documentation stating the vehicle had only 51,697 miles in May of 2002. Also keep in mind the vehicle has less than 600 miles on it in the last 18 years with all of these updates. That being said, there is plenty of life left in this vehicle. The vehicle has a clean title and is located in Midland, Georgia. Call Tom F. to learn more about this vehicle. Thanks for looking!
